The "IQ Morning Report" Newsletter
Dear Friend,
The newsletter being offered to you focuses on subjects that determine who and what you are... as a person. It has little to do with your vocational skills however, it does translate to your vocation in that, if you have a pleasing personality away from work, that same personality is the kind of personality you'll bring into your work environment. If you value your time and use it wisely off-site, those same skills transfer into your work environment. In short, your personal habits become your work habits. Our goal is to help you to grow into the person and, have the kind of life you really want for yourself. In the field of Human Resources, these kinds of skills are called "Soft Skills." I think of them as the foundation of everything you will ever accomplish in life. If you're building a really big life, you're going to need a really big foundation to build on. If you live in a single story house, chances are, the foundation of your house is built of 4" of concrete. If you live on the 100th floor of a skyscraper, chances are the foundation for that building is about 10 stories below ground. |
